4. Fees and Payment

• We may require a retainer before commencing certain services
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to our services
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
